Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For amplifiers, speakers and accessories, items must returned in the original packaging and in good condition, without scratches or blemishes. If products are damaged in anyway, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
For cartridges, items must be in unopened and unused condition to be considered for return. If the cartridge has been returned used, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must email with the following information:

  • Your name, address, and a contact number
  • A copy of the original invoice
  • A reason for return

An RMA number and return address will be emailed to you after processing your return request.

The customer is responsible for the return until it arrives to the return address. We request you provide tracking information for your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 77 Cliffwood Ave, Ste. 3B, Cliffwood NJ 07721, United States.

To return your product, you should mail your item with the RMA number visible on the package to:

The customer is responsible for paying for his or her own shipping costs for returning your item until it arrives to the return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
