Product Warranty
1. Warranty Period
VAS provides a 24-month limited warranty on defects in function from normal use. The warranty period starts from date of delivery.
Vacuum Tubes are covered for 90 days.
2. What is covered
Parts and labor for amplifiers and preamplifiers that have issues with function.
3. What is not covered
Because moving coil cartridges are extremely delicate, warranty is not covered. However, an exchange is possible for a 25% fee on the original price of the cartridge.
Damage due to shipping, misuse, or improper installation.
4. How to start the warranty process
To start the warranty process, please contact vasaudio@comcast.net. In the title of the email, please write "Warranty" and your invoice number. Please describe the issue you are having with the product and the serial number. You will be contacted on the proper procedure. Products must be returned in their original packaging. VAS is not responsible for damage or loss during the products return, so we advise insuring the package. The customer is responsible for shipping products back to VAS on all warranty repairs. Upon completion of the repair, VAS will pay for shipping back to the customer.
